Records 2026-08-13 findings from live-tail testing on easley051 and
wires the fixes (compute-image/modules-load-ib_umad.conf,
compute-image/systemd/slurmd-alloy-acl.conf, and both
logrotate-slurm.conf files in plg_easley_architecture) into Phase 6
and Phase 7's actual deploy/verify steps.
