ldms: escape %% in %prep comment to stop stray macro expansion 
RPM expands macros inside %prep/%build/%install comment lines too --
the leading # is only a shell comment there, not an RPM one, so any
bare %macroname inside scriptlet-section comment text still gets
expanded before the shell ever sees it. The previous commit's comment
literally read "...%autosetup's %autopatch step defaults..."), which
rpm expanded as a real %autopatch invocation with a stray positional
arg "step", failing the 4.5.2-4 CI build with "no such patch step" /
"error expanding macro" in %autopatch's lua script. The rest of this
spec already double-escapes %% in comments for this exact reason; this
one was just missed. No functional change to the real %autosetup -p1
invocation itself.
